MEMBERSHIP Cancellation + Refunds: All payments made towards your membership are final and non-refundable. This means that once you have made a payment, we are unable to provide a refund or credit towards future services. If you choose to cancel your membership, your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be applied.If you have questions or special circumstances such as illness or injury, contact us at hello@thecollectivekula.com and we will do our best to assist. We can pause your membership as needed for special circumstances. You can view your current billing cycle inside of your Kula account, and are responsible for knowing your next payment date and canceling before this date if you do not wish to be automatically billed for your next billing cycle. RETREAT + TRAINING Cancellation + Refunds: Please be aware that all deposits made towards your registration are nonrefundable. These deposits are used to secure your spot and are necessary to cover the costs associated with planning and organizing the event.For final payments, due 90-days prior to the event start, we can only provide a refund if we are able to fill your space with another attendee. This means that if you have already made your final payment and need to cancel, we will do our best to find a replacement participant to take your place. If we are successful in doing so, we will issue you a refund for the full amount of your final payment. Your initial deposit will remain non-refundable.Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fill your space, and in the event that we are unable to do so, we will not be able to issue a refund for your final payment.
